Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and finish on the barbecue.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging. Retain honey glaze sachet to one side. Evenly space and place belly slices on a baking tray in centre of the oven, turn halfway through cooking. After 30-35 mins open the sachet and drizzle over the glaze, taking care to evenly coat the meat. Return to oven for 5 mins to finish. Do not reheat once cooled. For barbecue instructions, see reverse of the label. (Time 40 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
