Ingredients

  • 160ml yellow mustard
  • 80ml clear honey
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp dark brown soft sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • A few shakes of Tabasco (optional)

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until well combined; season with a pinch of salt. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours before using to allow the flavours to develop. Keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
