    Summer Spritz

    Serves: 1


    25ml gin
    50ml rosé wine
    15ml elderflower cordial
    Sparkling water

    For the ice cubes
    cucumber, mint or edible gold leaf


    Start by making the ice cubes. Put curls of cucumber, sprigs of fresh mint (or any fresh herbs), or edible gold leaf, into the compartments of an ice-cube tray. Add water and freeze until solid. Put the ice cubes in a rocks glass and add the gin, rosé and cordial, then top with sparkling water.
