Ingredients
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 2 tsp clear honey
- 200g frozen Berry Smoothie Mix
- 200g Love Life Raspberry & Blackcurrant Frozen Yogurt
- 150ml apple juice or coconut water
- 200g Raspberries and/or strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp dried blueberries
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
Method
Toast the oats in a small non-stick frying pan for 1-2 minutes until golden. Stir in the honey, then tip onto a piece of baking parchment and leave to cool.
Place the smoothie mix, frozen yogurt and apple juice or coconut water in a strong blender and whizz until smooth and thick. Divide among bowls and top with the toasted oats, fruit and poppy seeds.
Cook’s tip
If you’re in a hurry, skip step 1 and whizz the oats and honey in with the smoothie.
