Ingredients

  • 100ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp clear honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. In a jug (or a bottle or jar with a stopper or lid), combine the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, clear honey and sea salt flakes with plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Use a balloon whisk to whisk together until the dressing is emulsifified. Alternatively, put the stopper or lid on the bottle or jar and shake vigorously to combine.
