Ingredients

  • 50ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy Liqueur
  • 15ml grenadine
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (or 20ml aquafaba)
  • 1 black cherry from a jar of Opies Black Cherries with Kirsch skewered onto 1 LU Mikado Milk Chocolate Biscuit to garnish

Method

  1. Shake the cherry brandy liqueur, grenadine, lemon juice and egg white/aquafaba. Add ice and shake again.

  2. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the cherry skewered onto the chocolate biscuit.
