Yes, we offer a convenient Food Made to Order service which you can find here. Entertaining items can either be ordered as a standalone order or as part of a grocery order with everyday items, although we recommend keeping them separate if possible as delivery or collection times vary for Food Made to Order products depending on the time we need to prepare them.
Open waitrose.com and once signed in, click on 'My account' at the top of the page. Under the 'My shopping' header, select 'My orders' to view current orders (if already signed in and within Groceries, simply select 'My orders' in the navigation bar). Your pending order(s) will be visible at the top. Each order has the option to 'Amend order' and under the 3 dots menu, you will see an option to 'Cancel order' in red text. Then simply select 'Cancel order'. Go to my account
Please note, if you are in the process of amending an order that you then wish to cancel, you will need to cancel changes or view order and checkout before the 3 dot menu will be visible. You can then cancel your order.
Orders can be made through our website by selecting from the items listed here.
Your order can be delivered (subject to a minimum spend of £40 and a delivery charge), or alternatively, you or a family member, friend or volunteer over the age of 18 can collect your order from your chosen Waitrose shop. The person collecting the order must have the order confirmation number and a form of ID with them (either a debit or credit card, passport, driving licence or utility bill).
Available delivery or collection times depend on the food you choose. Each item shows a notice period with the time we need to prepare it. You'll be able to choose a delivery or collection date corresponding with the longest time so everything is delivered together.
