The iOS app is built for devices running iOS 15 or above, meaning the app is incompatible with devices released prior to the iPhone 6s (including iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus). The Android App will run on Android version 6.0 (Marshmallow) and above.
Log in to the App with the same details as your waitrose.com account. Any shopping done on the website will be reflected on the App and vice versa.
You can search and browse for products without an account. However, building a trolley, managing favourites and checking out all require a waitrose.com account.
You can either sign up on waitrose.com or tap ‘Create an Account’ within the App.
Yes, you can book a Click & Collect slot on our Android app from version 2.3.3 or later, and on our iOS app from version 2.3.2 and above.
Yes. You can amend a pending order on the home screen by tapping the ‘Amend order’ button. Alternatively, go to ‘Account’ and tap on ‘My online orders’ for a list of all pending orders. From this screen, you can tap ‘Amend order’. Please note, your amendments will not be saved until you checkout again. You can do this either on the app or on the website.
Yes, simply go to ‘Account’, then tap ‘My online orders’ and you will see a list of your previous orders – you can click into any order for details, and shop from any previously completed order.
You can Cancel your order from the Home screen using the (...) menu in the top right of the Order card. Alternatively, go to ‘Account’ and tap ‘My online orders’. Tap on the order you wish to cancel and you will then see a 'Cancel order' button.
If you cannot see a 'Cancel order' option, your order may be past the amendment cut off time or it may be in amend state. If your order is in amend state, you must first 'Discard amends' from the (...) menu on the top right of the Order card on the Home screen or in the My online orders section. You will then be able to cancel your order by following the instructions above.
Any products you add on the App will update on the website after a few seconds, and vice versa.
If the App stops working then please continue your journey on the website, or come back to try the App later. The App is synchronised with the website, so you should be able to continue your shop as usual. In most cases, if the website is down, the app will not work. Please follow any guidance on the website or try again later.
If you encounter a problem with the app – please let us know through the 'Tell us what you think' button on the homescreen.
The app may call on the iOS Keychain. If you have enabled this, your iPhone may store some website login credentials, personal details and/or credit card details in the Apple Keychain. For more information on iOS Keychain, see the Apple Support website.
