This wonderful Persian dish is ideal for sharing as part of a mezze meal. The rose harissa paste is beautifully floral and smoky, and the cinnamon adds a sweet, woody flavour.

    • 25g fresh mint, leaves only
    • 25g flat leaf parsley, leaves only
