Shredded sprouts recipe | Waitrose

Serves: 6 - 8
450g brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
good squeeze lemon juice
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1. Thinly slice the sprouts – use a mandoline or food processor if you have one. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat, add the sprouts and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender and a little charred in places. Season with salt and lemon juice, then stir in the butter just before serving.
