Frozen COCKTAILS

Hot weather freezer favourites like sorbet and gelato add a grown-up twist to summer cocktails.

ALPHONSO MANGO SORBET

THE FLOATINI

 Shake 50ml vodka and 15ml triple sec with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Float 1 scoop Alphonso Mango Sorbet on the top of the drink and top up with soda. Drizzle 1 tsp Alphonso Mango, Passion Fruit & Yuzu Coulis over the sorbet and garnish with an orange twist.

ALPHONSO MANGO SORBET

THE FRUITY FROSÉ

 Pour 150ml rosé wine into an ice tray and freeze overnight. Purée 70g fresh strawberries, hulled, with 15g agave syrup and 5ml lime juice, or muddle them in a mixing glass. Empty the frozen rosé ice cubes into a bowl and break up with a fork. Pour the strawberry mixture into a coupe and spoon on the frozen rosé. Stir gently. Garnish with 1 strawberry, sliced, mint and a pinch of black pepper.

ALPHONSO MANGO SORBET

THE BLUE SHERBERT

 Pour 1 tsp De Kuyper Blue Curaçao into a flute. Add 1 scoop Lemon Sorbet. Top up with Prosecco and finish with another scoop of sorbet. Sprinkle the top with orange zest to garnish.
