Crispy onion melt
Stir together grated mature Cheddar and Cooks’ Ingredients
Crispy Fried Onions. Carefully sprinkle over the burgers
for the last 2 minutes of cooking time until the cheese is just melting. 

 

Quick guacamole and bacon crumbs
Roughly mash an avocado with lime juice and garlic salt.
Crumble strips of Waitrose Thin and Crispy British Cooked
Bacon into small pieces and sprinkle them over the top.

 

Garlic mushrooms
Dot Waitrose Portabella Mushrooms with butter
and crushed garlic and barbecue or grill
until tender. Sprinkle with chopped herbs
(such as tarragon, chives or parsley)
before serving.


 

Sriracha mayo 
Mix together mayonnaise with a little Cooks’ Ingredients
Sriracha hot red chilli sauce and a squeeze of lemon
juice. For a milder version, swap the Sriracha for
sweet chilli sauce
