    Bircher muesli with dark cherries

    Ingredients

    1 eating apple, grated
    75g porridge oats
    150ml Alpro Almond
    Unsweetened Drink
    50g essential Frozen Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries, defrosted overnight
    1 tbsp dairy-free coconut yogurt alternative
    2 tbsp Waitrose & Partners No.1 Dark Chocolate & Sour Cherry Granola (optional)

     


    Method

    1. Mix the grated apple, oats and almond unsweetened drink together in a small bowl. Cover and leave in
    the fridge overnight.
    2. In the morning, fold in the defrosted cherries and the yogurt alternative. Serve, topped with granola if using.
