800g essential Waitrose Potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
454g pack 8 essential Waitrose British Pork Sausages
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Clear Honey
227g can essential Waitrose Chopped Tomatoes
400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Tomato Ketchup
1. Preheat the oven to 220ÂșC, gas mark 7. Place the wedges on a large baking tray, toss in the oil and herbs and season.
2. Place the sausages in a small baking tray and coat in the honey. Bake in the oven on the shelf below the wedges for 30 minutes. Swap the trays over after 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the tomatoes, mixed beans and ketchup in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Serve the beans with the sausages and wedges.
