Liver pate with bacon

simple to prepare.

  • Total time: 1 hour 45 minutes

Serves: 6


  • 250g liver
    250g sausagemeat
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tbsp parsley
    pinch mixed herbs
    1/2 tsp salt
    black pepper
    4 rashers bacon


  1. Mince the liver, onion and garlic. Mix in everything. Line dish with bacon.
  2. Pour in the pate and put more bacon on the top. Cover and bake art 350F in tin with water for 1 hour 30 minutes
