    Smoked Salmon and Dill Scramble

A classic brunch dish made with delicious organic Orkney smoked salmon and fresh organic eggs. To make it extra special, serve with a glass of Fleury Père et Fils Brut Non-Vintage Organic Champagne.

    • 4 large organic free range eggs
    • 15g organic butter
    • 1 pack Organic Smoked Orkney Salmon
    • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
    • Salt
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • Buttered organic bread, to serve


    1. Beat 4 large Waitrose Organic Free Range Eggs. Melt 15g Organic Butter in a pan. Remove from the heat. Add the beaten eggs and stir until cooked but still soft.
    2. Add 1 pack Organic Smoked Orkney Salmon, cut into strips, 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill, salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper. Serve with buttered organic wholemeal bread.
