Ever so quick and easy to prepare, but packed with flavours. The secret is a bowl of fresh green salad using more spicy than usual leaf mix such as field rocket, chinese mustard, fennel and endive -all very easy to grow. It's also very easy to buy a bag of mix instead - but not quite so full of flavour! Add a tub of Waitrose seafood salad, with tasty octopus pieces, mussels, prawns etc in olive oil. Serve together with warm ciabatta bread and cold white wine - majestic and very continental! Can be a generous starter couse or a light midday meal.
