    • 100g Caster Sugar
      100ml white wine vinegar


    1. Simmer the sugar with the vinegar until reduced by half Cool Thinly slice some fennel Pour the sweet-sour vinegar over and refrigerate over night Add freshly chopped parsley or grated orange rind before serving
