Cherry recipes

Make the most of cherry season from mid-June to late August by working them into just about everything you can think of. Feel free to be a little adventurous. It’s not all about the usual cherry desserts – though cherry Bakewell cakes and Black Forest gâteau will never go out of style. Cherries are just as lovely on the savoury side, adding sweetness to dishes like our cherry, saffron & chicken pilaf or meatballs with cherries

And when the weather warms up, they’re just the thing for a refreshing tipple too – try them in a glass of cherry frosé. However you use them, we say there’s no such thing as too many cherries.
