NIGELLA SEEDS
Sometimes known as kalonji or black onion seeds, nigella seeds are a staple in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. Lightly roast them in a pan with ghee to release their earthy aroma and use in vegetable curries, pastries and flatbreads.
