This Korean-style chilli paste adds a savoury warmth to everything from kimchi-fried rice and spicy noodle soups (stir some into the broth) to marinades and chilli con carne. Equal parts of gochujang, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil make a fantastically flavourful dipping sauce for dumplings and spring onion pancakes.
