Ingredients:

Allow 2 eggs and 1 banana per person

Method:

Mash the banana and whisk the
egg together in a bowl.

Add butter/oil to a pan and fry gently – flip when you see the batter starting to bubble.

Serve warm with honey, golden syrup, yogurt, berries, chocolate or nuts.

Optional: Add cinnamon and desiccated coconut to the batter
for an extra-sweet flavour.
