Quick tuna tacos

Serves: 4
1 tsp sunflower oil
237g pack tuna stir-fry with Amarillo peppers and soy
300g pack superbright stir-fry vegetables
4 essential wholemeal tortilla wraps, warmed, to serve
little gem lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients crispy fried onions
1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the tuna for 3 minutes. Add the pack of stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further 3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the tuna is cooked through.
2. Scatter each wrap with shredded lettuce, then top with the tuna mixture. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and sprinkle over the crispy onions to serve.
